By purchasing from NVR NTHN, you agree to the following terms.

General

NVR NTHN is operated by Natahlia, based in Gold Coast, Australia. All costs are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions

By Subscribing to NVR NTHN, you authorise recurring monthly payments on the date you initially subscribed. You may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle through your customer account portal. Cancellations take effect from the following billing cycle - we are unable to refund a billing that has already commenced.

All Sales Final

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order please contact me at nvrnthn4@gmail.com within 30 days and I will do my be to resolve it.

Commissions

Commission requests are subject to availability. A commission is confirmed only once deposit has been received. All commissions are hand drawn pieces, they are non refundable once work has commenced. The deposit amount is deducted by the final total cost.

Shipping

NVR NTHN ships via regular untracked post, unless stated otherwise. We are not responisble for items lost or delayed in the mail. However if your item has not arrived within 2 weeks (Australian) or 4 weeks (International) please contact me on nvrnthn4@gmail.com

Intellectual Property

All artwork created by NVR NTHN remains the intellectual property of the artist. Purchases do not transfer copyright. You may not reproduce, sell or distribute any artwork without written permission
